Esther Planas (Five Years/ School Of Calidity)

Esther Planas will be talking about her ongoing project School of Calidity ,an
english version of her previous project Escuela de Calor that was
selected for the 8 Performance Festival of Cali (Colombia) 2012.

Escuela de Calor and School of Calidity, claim the de-turistification
of the notions of slowness, talking and hanging out, walking or seating
on a cafe and sunbathing that defines the popular habits of the Southern
folks.
Escuela de Calor is only possible on the warm geography of the
Southern Mediterranean or Tropical countries, School of Calidity
negotiates its possibilities already to be implemented on Northern
lands. In any case both Schools are here to remind us that conversation
can be intrinsically a way of conspiration.
