The proposals for Part 1 should be no longer than 200 words only.
Deadline was Monday 24th June 2013.

It may (or may not) be helpful to view the Arts Council's own guidelines for further information. It may also be helpful or necessary to critically view the idea of a so-called 'not-for-profit project', 'artist-run space' or 'independent curatorial project' such as Five Years. Part 2 is will take place coincidentally with the ArtLicks Weekend in October (where, they will be making a special case for such projects and spaces ‘opening to the public’).
Please email proposals for Part 1. (with your name and contact telephone number. Please put PUBLIC as the subject. Any queries should also be sent.)
